The sphere and valve seat only come into contact when sealed, and the rest of the travel is frictionless and wear-resistant. It is easy and fast to open, and when closed, the sphere gradually moves relative to the valve seat, exerting a shearing effect on the material adhered to the sphere, achieving self-cleaning function. When the valve is fully opened, there are no flow blocking components or material retention areas in the valve chamber, and the medium is always in a flowing state, which can effectively solve the problem of slag accumulation structure of the medium.
