Features

Advantages
1. Fast opening and closing, short operation time;
2. Large flow rate, small flow resistance;
3. Compact structure, light weight.
Disadvantages
1. There are dead angles in the ball valve structure, and the volatilization of the medium causes abnormal pressure rise in the hollow part, which damages the valve. It is not suitable for volatile media or media containing gas, such as hydrogen peroxide (H202), sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) concentrated hydrochloric acid (HCI), etc. (Such sudden rupture is prone to cause safety accidents!);
2. It is not suitable for media containing particles or media that are easy to crystallize, and it is not suitable for slurry;
3. The plastic ball valve cannot be in the middle opening, but can only be in the fully open or fully closed state (otherwise the seal is easily squeezed out and deformed).
