Product Overview
Electric high-temperature regulating valves have the advantages of tight closure, compact structure, light weight, and easy maintenance. It is composed of an intelligent integrated actuator and a low flow resistance regulating valve body. The electric high-temperature regulating valve is composed of a 381L series (or PSL series) electric actuator and a regulating valve body, with servo function included. It accepts a unified 4-20mA or 1-5V · DC standard signal, converts the current signal into a corresponding linear displacement, automatically controls the opening of the regulating valve, and achieves continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline.

The regulating valve has different names depending on the driving method. The main driving methods are pneumatic and electric. The main difference between high and low temperature regulating valves lies in the valve cover. When the temperature is higher than 250℃, the valve cover is treated for heat dissipation. When the temperature is lower than -40℃, the valve cover is stretched at low temperature and subjected to low temperature testing.
