Product Overview
The sleeve-guided structure and pressure-balanced valve core are designed for heavy-load conditions. They use double valve seat seals and are used in places where leakage requirements are not high. The valve body has a compact structure, and the fluid channel is S-shaped. The structure is equipped with guide wings to improve the smooth flow of fluid around the sleeve. The advantages are small pressure drop loss, large flow volume, wide adjustable range, and high flow characteristic accuracy. The valve core uses a pressure-balanced structure to control high-pressure differential conditions with a small actuator thrust. It is widely used in fluid control that requires good dynamic stability, high and low temperature, and high-pressure pipelines. Cage-guided, large guide area, good stability, compact structure, can quickly replace internal parts online, high maintenance efficiency, saving manpower and time. The regulating valve has different names depending on the driving method. The main driving methods are pneumatic and electric. The main difference between high and low temperature regulating valves lies in the valve cover. When the temperature is higher than 250℃, the valve cover is treated for heat dissipation. When the temperature is lower than -40℃, the valve cover is stretched at low temperature and subjected to low temperature testing.
