Product Overview
Electric single seat regulating valve adopts a top guided unbalanced structure, with high strength, heavy load, S-shaped streamlined channel, small pressure drop loss, large flow coefficient, wide adjustable range, and high accuracy of flow characteristics. This regulating valve is suitable for heavy loads, normal or harsh working conditions, with tight closure, suitable for controlling fluids or gases of various pressures and temperatures, and adaptable to various actuators, playing a regulating role. The valve cage is used to compress the valve seat design, reduce lateral load and valve core vibration, reduce friction, and extend the service life of the control valve. Flow open design, the flow direction of the medium tends towards the direction of the control valve opening, and the controllability of small flow states is good. According to the working conditions, special valve cages that reduce noise and resist cavitation can be selected.

The regulating valve has different names depending on the driving method. The main driving methods are pneumatic and electric. The main difference between high and low temperature regulating valves lies in the valve cover. When the temperature is higher than 250℃, the valve cover is treated for heat dissipation. When the temperature is lower than -40℃, the valve cover is stretched at low temperature and subjected to low temperature testing.
